Scholarships

The Montana Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) is dedicated to helping active Chapter members access educational opportunities.

The purpose of the Montana Chapter IAAI Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarships to deserving active Chapter members that are planning to attend the Annual IAAI International Training Conference (ITC) and/or the Montana Chapter Annual Training Conference (ATC)

Qualifications​

  1. Applicant must be an active/current Montana Chapter member in good standing.

  2. Active/current IAAI membership is not required; however, preference may be given to IAAI members.

  3. Applicant must be able to attend the conference they seek financial assistance for.

  4. Applicant may not currently be on the Montana Chapter Board of Directors or immediately related.

  5. Applicant will need to submit their application of no more than 1 page describing their eligibility and a short narrative on why you are applying for the scholarship.

  6. Applicant's supervisor must approve the application confirming financial need.

Details

  1. Scholarship winners will provide the MT IAAI Scholarship Committee with a summary of what he/she learned after completing the training.

  2. Registration fee will be reimbursed when the summary is received by the Committee.
